The Global Organisation has an impressive client portfolio across the entire Global Supply Chain. Our client is part of the ever dynamic Global Freight Forwarding industry and will provide a stable yet progressive work environment now an well into the future.

The role offers multiple responsibilities to ensure your job is varied and rewarding. You will be involved in managing a portfolio of clients within your targeted area and servicing their requirements to develop potential revenue steams. In addition you will follow any new leads assigned to you and generate new accounts for the organisation.

This hybrid role is unique within the Freight Forwarding industry and will satisfy an individual who enjoys the combination of a Hunter and Gatherer!

Other responsibilities include:

* Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a designated territory
* Developing strong connections with clients through a deep understanding of their operations and industry landscape
* Growing existing accounts by uncovering and capitalising on additional service needs
* Overseeing and progressing leads through all stages of the sales funnel
* Cultivating effective partnerships with both internal teams and external clients
* Acting as a freight forwarding expert and strategic partner to clients, providing valuable market insights

Is this you?

* You've spent time in international freight forwarding and know how to hold your own in front of clients
* Youve had exposure to the sales process, maybe quoting, chasing leads, or supporting a sales team and you're ready to do more
* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and represent the business well
* Comfortable dealing with communicating with all levels of decision makers and can present ideas with credibility
* Youre outcomes-focused, you like getting results and know how to stay on track
* You value a collaborative, inclusive environment and bring good energy to the team
* And you are ready to grow your career and commercial skills to set yourself up for success

Salary

Circa $120k + Super + Lucrative Bonus structure
