Responsibilities
* Installs new printers, configure printers on network, maintain and ensures the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or Network Printers.
* Responsible for maintaining and servicing multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, primarily focusing on leading brands such as Ricoh, Samsung, and HP.
* Perform detailed repairs and routine maintenance on multifunctional devices/copiers and printers, specializing in Ricoh, Samsung, and HP brands.
* Utilise basic computer skills and expand upon your networking knowledge as needed.
* Efficiently load and configure drivers on PCs to demonstrate your technical versatility.
* Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Make independent decisions and exhibit a broad range of skills in various scenarios.
* Travel to customer sites using a provided company car and deliver/install equipment with our delivery van.
