**About the role**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to represent this highly regarded brand in their Collections team.
- You will be responsible for;- Claim follow ups and claim entry's
- Managing disputes on invoices/claims
- Customer Service - Inbound calls
- Reconciliation of key accounts
- Processing credit card payments
**About you**
- Previous Accounts receivable experience
- Advanced Excel and exposure to ERP systems
- Prior experience working in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail
- You are accustomed to working towards deadlines
- You are a customer focused person with positive communication skills
