The Role
You will be at the heart of our pharmacy operations, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Customer Excellence: Delivering professional service, assisting with S2/S3 sales, and managing general inquiries.
* Dispensing Support: Assisting the Pharmacist with accurate prescription dispensing and workflow management.
* Inventory Management: Handling stock control, including ordering, rotating, and storing dispensary stock.
* DAA Packing Services: Supporting our community patients through accurate Webster packing.
DAA & Webster Packing Responsibilities
A key part of this role involves managing our medication packing services:
* Running and maintaining patient profiles using SureMed.
* Dispensing medications specifically through Dispense Works.
* Packing and organizing Webster packs for daily delivery.
* Liaising professionally with doctors, specialists, and carers.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience Required: Previous Pharmacy/Dispensary experience is essential for this role.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with Dispense Works and POS Works is highly preferred.
* DAA Expertise: Previous experience with Webster packing is highly regarded.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help patients.
* Work Ethic: A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
