About Us: Maid My Day partners with registered Aged Care providers to deliver in-home domestic assistance, helping older Australians live safely and independently at home.
Role Overview: We are seeking reliable and caring Domestic Assistance Cleaners to support elderly clients in their homes. This is an entry-level role with a pathway into broader Aged Care roles, including training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality cleaning in domestic and residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and changing linens
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
* Follow safety and quality protocols
* Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client needs
Who We’re Looking For:
* Previous domestic cleaning experience, preferably in the cleaning industry
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and efficient time management
* Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation to reach client homes
