This is a role that sits right inside the engine room of production.
You'll oversee the full plastics stream, ensuring products are moulded consistently, quality stays tight, downtime is controlled and daily production targets are actually achieved.
One day you'll be on the floor adjusting machine settings and engaging with technicians on process stability, the next you'll be coaching operators around quality at the source and reviewing output, scrap, downtime and cost indicators to understand exactly where performance is tracking and what needs your attention.
Stepping into this manufacturing environment means taking ownership of the plastics value stream, from moulding performance, to quality, to waste, to operational consistency.
From reviewing daily KPI dashboards, to engaging with quality, maintenance and supply chain, you'll be someone who works shoulder-to-shoulder with every function that influences production.
