About The Role
Murwillumbah Community Health is seeking a Child and Family Health Nurse (Registered Nurse) to coordinate and deliver high quality person-centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
The Child and Family Health Nursing service provides a Universal Health Home Visit (UHHV) for all families of newborn babies; monitors the growth, development and health status of the child (0 to 5 years) within the context of the family and promotes a holistic approach to care that focuses on the individual rights and needs of children and families.
