Job Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements.
* Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles.
* Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:
* Proven experience in recruitment or related fields - Previously within business services industry (highly desired)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
