Leak Prevention Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Leak Prevention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Conduct site visits to identify and repair leaks in plumbing systems
* Maintain a clean and organized vehicle stock, ordering parts from suppliers as needed
* Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication
* Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet customer expectations
* Manage and prioritize jobs independently, overseeing other team members as necessary
* Support apprentices in their development, providing guidance and on-the-job training
* Pursue ongoing training and education to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in domestic and commercial leak prevention plumbing
* Experience working on small projects and renovations
* Able to establish and maintain relationships with existing clients
* A valid manual driver's license
* Completion of OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry and possession of a clean police record
* Residency in Australia (non-residing applicants will not be considered)
