**Job Description**:
- Commercial manager for the Squadron Energy group with particular expertise in the LNG value chain. Such experience may be in upstream or midstream LNG projects or the LNG marketing or trading space - with excellent understanding of the commercial issues in LNG projects and in the LNG value chain. Commercial experience in LNG shipping will also be highly regarded.
- Advise on commercial structuring and risks
- Prepare negotiating strategies and tactics to drive agreements to execution
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements to optimise Squadron's returns
- Work closely with the commercial analyst team
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
**Support execution of development projects and investments opportunities by**:
- Assist in business case development
- Support in strategic projects with commercial and revenue contracts and due diligence
- Commercial Manager - LNG will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams
**Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate business or engineering discipline is required.
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Over 10 years' experience in the LNG industry, with experience in energy contract negotiations
- Strong negotiations skills; ability to develop and execute strategies to drive complex energy revenue deals.
- Experience in structuring commercial agreements.
- Demonstrate experience in building and managing strong industry and customer relationships.
- Able manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with mínimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and commercial acumen to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, based in various locations
