The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, your primary objective will be to lead with a customer-first mindset, delivering great in-store experiences and inspiring your team to achieve this every day.
* You will partner with your Store Manager to drive the team with passion and purpose, coaching them to cultivate high performance.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive great in-store service that meets the high standards of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience
o Coach and inspire your team to create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty to our brand and your store.
2. Business Development
o Drive your stores' performance and deliver results to financial targets, maximising sales and profitability by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory, and operation.
3. Dynamic People Management
o Create a positive and motivating store environment that inspires high performance, nurturing a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognised, and enabled to succeed through feedback, coaching, training, and recognition.
