This role will see you work closely with the programming team to curate experiences that celebrate local, national and international talent. Your leadership will shape how the precinct is used, perceived and loved by artists, audiences and stakeholders alike.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as arts or events management
">
* At least 5 years of experience working within the performing arts industry
">
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of marketing, audience development and community engagement in successful delivery of arts programming in a venue or festival context
">
* Proven strategic, creative and analytical abilities with an understanding of the creative process and experience working with artists
">
* Proven experience in entertainment contract negotiation
">
* A high level of knowledge and understanding of the arts & culture sector
">
* Developed networks of producers, creatives, artists and professional promoters locally and nationally
">
* Proven experience in leadership and directing a team to deliver results
