About the Role
You'll play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of facilities management and business-as-usual (BAU) support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting office expansions and relocations by coordinating layouts, design, approvals, and renovations;
* Liaising with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain seamless facilities operations and vendor performance;
* Serving as the primary contact for facility operations and emergency response, building strong internal and external relationships;
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety standards, proactively managing risk and safety protocols;
* Working closely with the head of facilities and team leads across EMEA and APAC to align facilities strategies;
* Oversighting budget control, vendor invoices, and regular updates of office policies for efficient and effective operations.
About You
You will also bring the following skills and experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on facilities management experience, ideally within a multinational corporate environment;
* A strong grasp of building regulations, statutory compliance, and project management principles. Bonus points if you hold a registered Electrical Worker License;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
* A proactive approach with flexibility for business travel, weekend work, and after-hours support when needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
