* The role involves working with various teams to provide specialist community and in-patient mental health services to people living in South West, Western Australia.

* We deliver an array of programs including Acute psychiatric inpatient units, Regional consultation liaison services, Community mental health clinics, Infant, child and adolescent youth adult older adult services, Step-up step-down units, Youth mental health services, Community assessment and support teams, Mental health co-response teams, Specialised Aboriginal mental health services and Collaborative work with alcohol and drug support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Applicants should be registered or eligible for registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and be a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent as an overseas-trained specialist who has completed their training in either the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand.

* Accepted qualifications in psychiatry, such as MRCPsych and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) after 2007 are required.
