About Ambience Air
Ambience Air is a multi-award winning air conditioning specialist. Since 2003 we've been keeping families comfortable all year round, and our residential side is busier than ever.
We're looking for someone to join the customer care team and help look after our customers long after the install is done.
The role
This is a hands on customer support role. Alongside our AI system, you'll work through customer tickets and queries every day, guiding people through whatever they need: a quick how-to, a service booking, a warranty question, or anything else that pops up.

Day to day
Working through customer tickets and queries
Guiding customers through their questions over phone, email and chat
Using our systems to log, track and follow up jobs
Working with the aftercare team to keep customers comfortable in their homes
Spotting patterns in the queries coming in and flagging them so we can fix them at the source
Handling the occasional tricky conversation calmly and fairly
What we're after
Previous experience in customer service, customer care or a contact centre role
Experience in Air Conditioning is preferred but not compulsory
Strong written and verbal communicator
Calm under pressure and patient with people
Comfortable with cloud based systems and ticketing tools
Genuinely enjoys helping people sort out their problems
