We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Customer Care Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service consistently exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service support by understanding customer needs
* Provide software support helping users understand system features and troubleshooting technical issues
* Provide support for all BESTMED products
* Responsible for supporting pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers to enable them to maximise the use of BESTMED platform
* Work independently and within a team
* Support via various channels, phone, email, chat and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
* Meet support SLA
Skills and Qualification:
* Proven experience in a customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
* Proficient in common IT office applications (Microsoft Office, Collaboration, Ticketing system)
* Experience as pharmacy technician supporting aged care
* Experience in dispensing and MMS systems
* Technical and SQL knowledge is an advantage
* Ability to participate in flexible shift work, after hours and weekend
* Complete a National Police Check
Employment type and Salary:
* Full time
* Base salary $69,955 – $78,924
* This position is a full‑time role with core operating hours Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Additional earning opportunities are available to undertake on‑call shifts after hours, weekends and public holidays.
