* This role plays a key leadership position in shaping and delivering governance and information management functions.
* You will lead a committed team of professionals, deliver strategic initiatives, and strengthen transparency and compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage governance functions ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and corporate delegations.
* Oversee access to information and privacy processes, ensuring legislative compliance.
* Engage effectively with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and deliver clear presentations.

* A base salary ranging from $119,030 per annum with performance-based increments up to $127,026 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or relevant experience and training.
