Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Operators to operate a variety of heavy machinery and mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operation of mobile plant equipment, possess a keen eye for safety, and be capable of working in diverse environments and conditions.
Machines
* Excavators, Dozers, Graders, Loaders, Watercarts & Dump trucks
* Other mobile plant as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate mobile plant machinery, such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, watercarts, and dump trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
* Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs as needed. Report any issues to the maintenance team.
* Load, unload, and transport materials using mobile plant equipment.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
* Promote a safe and positive team culture.
Skills/Qualifications
* Current & Valid Driver\'s License (HR Preferred)
* National Police Clearance (validity dependant on site)
* High Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)
* Proven experience operating mobile plant in a mining, civil or crushing environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safety.
* Fulltime, Permanent Opportunity (Annual Leave & Personal Leave eligible)
* $5 per hour site bonus, paid fortnightly.
* Super on ALL hours worked.
