For 2026, we are offering Engineering Internship opportunities in Sydney across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and Logistics & Supply Chain disciplines. These placements are ideal for students and graduates seeking hands-on learning, mentorship, and career readiness.

About the Role

This
vocational placement
will place you with one of our reputable host companies in Sydney and other major cities across Australia, where you will gain real-world engineering experience under the guidance of industry professionals. You'll be involved in current projects, contributing to both office-based and site activities, while fulfilling your academic placement obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Civil Engineering Stream:

* Assist in drafting civil design drawings for roads, drainage, and structural elements.
* Support site inspections, surveying activities, and quality assurance checks.
* Conduct basic design calculations and contribute to project documentation.
* Research and apply Australian building codes and standards.

Mechanical Engineering Stream:

* Assist with HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems design.
* Participate in equipment selection, performance analysis, and technical reporting.
* Prepare drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
* Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability assessments.

Electrical Engineering Stream:

* Assist with electrical layout designs for lighting, power, and communications.
* Support load calculations, compliance checks, and technical drawings.
* Participate in site visits for installation and commissioning observation.
* Research innovative technologies in energy and renewable systems.

Logistics & Supply Chain Stream:

* Support supply chain planning, inventory control, and scheduling.
* Assist with data analysis to improve logistics efficiency.
* Participate in warehouse and distribution centre process reviews.

Ideal Candidate

* Graduates or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Logistics & Supply Chain.
International students are welcome to apply.
* Basic knowledge of relevant design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Eager to learn, adapt, and apply engineering knowledge in real-world contexts.
