About The Role

We are seeking a full-time Branch Sales Administration Assistant for our Underwood, QLD Branch.

You will work within a small team, reporting to the Branch Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can self-manage, work autonomously, and collaborate within a team.

Your responsibilities will include providing general administration support and sales administration assistance to the branch.

Relevant training will be provided.


Responsibilities

* Being the first point of contact for the office, including greeting clients, answering phones, and taking messages.
* Assisting the Service Team with administrative requirements.
* Updating stock levels in our accounting system upon receiving orders.
* Supporting the QLD Sales Team with preparing and issuing quotations.
* Assisting with the issuance of pro-forma invoices.
* Supporting the branch by following up on annual services and calibrations, providing quotations, and raising job sheets.
* Backing up the Service Manager Coordinator and/or Service Administrator in their absence for service scheduling.
* Producing picking slips and delivery dockets.
* Sending requests and correspondence to clients and third parties.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
* Handling all office administrative tasks, including scanning, copying, and printing.
* Data entry and filing.
* Maintaining the office environment, including keeping kitchens and common areas clean and tidy.
* Assisting HR with employee and contractor inductions and other WH&S requirements.

To succeed, you should have general administrative experience (experience in manufacturing or industrial industries is desirable), a good understanding of sales processes, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to supporting the team. A passion for helping clients and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.
