Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and have a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and deliver results-driven solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

* Acquire new customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and execute sales plans, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
* Deliver results-driven solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations or healthcare industry concepts
