Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and execute sales plans, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
* Deliver results-driven solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations or healthcare industry concepts
