The Opportunity
As a Consultant in our Process & Controls practice, you will work with top-tier clients to address their key risks through innovative, technology-enabled internal audits. Your focus will be on people, processes, and purpose to create long-term value.
This role is based in Meanjin – Brisbane, with potential flexible working arrangements. Please discuss options with us.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Work on multiple client engagement teams across various sectors.
* Contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, including research and presentation of relevant information to inform recommendations.
* Assist clients in identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and improve processes and performance.
* Deliver your work effectively, meeting targets that impact your team.
* Leverage EY's global network to find solutions for clients' challenges and support their transformation journeys.

* Understanding of internal audit principles and service offerings.
* Ability to apply appropriate methodologies, tools, and technology.
* Strong rapport-building skills with clients and understanding of their needs.
* Effective communication with teams and clients.
