Real Estate Videographer & Drone Operator (Subcontractor, Monday–Friday)

Leadz Media is looking for an experienced Real Estate Videographer & Drone Operator to join our team as a full-time subcontractor. This role is Monday to Friday, providing consistent work producing high-quality property and brand videos for Australia's real estate market.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering cinematic real estate videos, including:
* Residential and commercial property walkthroughs
* Real estate brand videos for agents and agencies (personal branding, marketing, team videos)
* Interior, exterior, lifestyle, neighbourhood, and aerial drone footage
* Delivering content for, social media, marketing campaigns, and online listings
* Operating professional video, gimbal/stabiliser, and drone equipment
* Meeting scheduled shoot times and turnaround deadlines
* Representing Leadz Media professionally on-site with clients
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years professional videography experience (real estate preferred)
* Proven drone piloting experience with current CASA compliance (RePL/AROC where required)
* Own professional video and drone equipment
* Sony a7S III preferred but not required
* Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and cinematic movement
* Reliable transport and ability to travel to properties
* Comfortable working independently as a subcontractor (ABN required)
