Process Engineering Team Lead
The Process Engineering Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of process/chemical personnel, estimating project staffing needs, and scheduling work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements process engineering plans and procedures.
* Supervises and coordinates the work of process engineers and technicians.
* Provides technical input to meet procurement requirements.
* Prepares and oversees the preparation of process discipline estimates and work plans.
* Reviews and makes recommendations on process engineering aspects of bid evaluations and awards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
* 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
* Recognized degree in Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
* Demonstrated capability of Process EGS and Supervisor for hydrometallurgical process flowsheets for Feasibility study to EPCM execution.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to work in multinational project teams.
* Knowledge of process systems, calculations, equipment, applications of methods, materials, and computers in the discipline.
* Knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods.
