What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer provides high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and Senior Admin support to the Clinical Director at PCYMHS. The role involves :
* Office management, data entry, and coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
* Supports meetings, including minute-taking and agenda preparation.
* Manages procurement, invoicing, bookings, and office supplies.
* Oversees fleet vehicles, building maintenance, and WHS compliance.
* Handles payroll, HR tasks, and recruitment processes.
* Maintains schedules, prepares reports, and liaises with stakeholders.

* Demonstrated experience in providing a high calibre of administrative support to senior staff and multiple teams.
* Demonstrated capacity to organise a high-level workload with competing priorities in a professional manner with a genuine commitment to customer service and proven ability to liaise with medical and non-medical personnel at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems whilst working in a high-pressured role with competing demands and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent written / oral communication and interpersonal skills and ability to confidentially and sensitively handle controversial and emotive issues.
* Experience in servicing various committees, including preparation of agendas, business papers and recordings of meetings and experience in the preparation of correspondence and reports, including quality assurance, writing of briefs and assisting with all aspects of recruitment.
* Competency using information and communication technology, software / programs for tasks including word-processing, emailing, internet searching, data entry and presentations and ability to readily learn new systems and programs.
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
