We're seeking a Hospitality Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and services to our residents by delivering effective support to the hospitality function within the care home.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards. You will also complete required documentation and reporting, respond to residents' queries and requests, perform laundry duties, catering/food services duties, and cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards in the care home.
* Complete necessary documentation and reporting.
* Respond to resident inquiries and requests.
* Perform laundry duties, including loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen.
* Assist with food preparation, serve meals and snacks, clear dining areas, and wash dishes.
* Clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in cleaning or catering is preferred, as well as flexibility and availability for various shifts throughout the week.
