Perth Modern School (PMS) is seeking a dedicated, organised and highly motivated Associate Manager Corporate Services (AMCS) with sound skills and attributes in managing teams.
The AMCS will ideally have developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements, problems and solutions and should also have the ability to provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and strategic plans. You should model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and ideally use excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
The AMCS should assist the Manager Corporate Services with the school’s Financial Performance, Promotions and Public Relations, Building and Assets, Human Resources, School and Student Administration and strategic operational input to the development of the school’s workforce and business plans. The corporate culture at Perth Modern School is collaborative and dynamic. The AMCS may assist the Manager Corporate Services to lead operational enhancement, financial planning, strategic budgeting and ensures our built school environment continues to be a well-resourced, well maintained and an engaging context for teaching and learning. As the AMCS you will coordinate the provision of corporate services and operations aligned with school business targets and objectives and customer service principles and practices. You will design and implement procedures and processes which ensure financial integrity, recording, compliance, and reporting requirements of the school business operations.
Perth Modern School is Western Australia's only fully academically selective school for gifted students in Years 7 to 12. 1. Well developed written communication, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal and negotiate with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
2. Well developed financial skills, including budget preparation, monitoring and reporting, and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
3. Considerable understanding of, and ability to apply, human resource management and customer service principles and practices.
4. Ability to provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and strategic plans.
5. Sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements, problems and solutions.
