Step Into Multi-Brand Leadership at a Premium Department Store
An iconic Australian retail group is launching three of its premium fashion brands inside David Jones West Lakes, and we're looking for a confident and commercially-minded Concession Manager to lead the charge.
This is a full-time role, working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a salary of $67K + Super and strong long-term career potential.
About the Role
You'll take full ownership of a multi-brand concession space inside one of Adelaide's most established department stores. From building a high-performing team to delivering exceptional customer service and visual presentation, you'll be leading from the front in every way.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage three premium fashion brands under one roof
Drive sales and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and floor presence
Build and develop a motivated, service-focused team
Ensure consistent visual merchandising and stock standards
Foster strong relationships with department store stakeholders for seamless day-to-day trade
What You Will Bring
Previous retail management experience in fashion, footwear, or department store settings ideal
Confidence juggling multiple brands and product categories
A natural ability to lead teams, coach performance, and drive sales
High attention to detail in service, presentation, and operations
Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
