About the Opportunity
Successful candidates will work directly with internal IT and infrastructure teams to design, deploy, and support Arista-based network infrastructure across large-scale private sector environments. The role demands deep technical capability in modern networking architectures and a collaborative approach to delivering resilient, high-performance connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement Arista EOS-based switching and routing infrastructure across enterprise and data centre environments
* Configure and maintain BGP, OSPF, VXLAN/EVPN, and leaf‐spine architectures using Arista platforms
* Deploy and manage Arista CloudVision (CVP) for network automation, telemetry, and configuration management across the environment
* Support high-density wireless and wired infrastructure serving large, diverse user populations
* Implement and maintain network segmentation, QoS policies, and traffic engineering to support operational workloads
* Participate in capacity planning, lifecycle management, and major change activities across the network infrastructure
* Produce network documentation, runbooks, and change records in line with organisational IT governance standards
* Troubleshoot complex network incidents and provide escalation support to operations teams
Required Experience
* 3–7 years in enterprise network engineering with hands‐on Arista EOS experience
* Arista ACE‐L2 or ACE‐L3 certified
* Demonstrated expertise configuring and maintaining BGP, OSPF, VXLAN/EVPN, and leaf‐spine architectures
* Experience deploying and managing Arista CloudVision (CVP) for automation and telemetry
* Solid understanding of network segmentation, QoS, and traffic engineering in large-scale environments
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network incidents in enterprise or similarly scaled environments
* Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders
* CCNP or equivalent Cisco/Juniper credentials
* Python or Ansible automation skills for network configuration and management
* Large‐scale private sector or enterprise network experience
* Familiarity with VXLAN/EVPN leaf‐spine design and network automation practices
