About the role:
We are looking for a part-time Administrator to provide short-term administration coverage for a period of 6 months. This role offers 15 hours per week, worked across 3 days (5 hours per day).
* Mondays are compulsory
* The remaining two days are flexible and can be chosen to suit your schedule.
* Hours can be tailored (e.g., 9am–2pm to suit school hours)

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support daily administration and ensure smooth operations for the management team. Duties include:
* General administrative tasks and office support.
* Managing emails and correspondence.
* Assisting with document preparation and data entry.
* Filing, scanning and record management.
* Supporting the Factory Manager and wider team with ad hoc admin tasks as required.
* Providing friendly, reliable customer and internal support.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
* School Certificate / Higher School Certificate.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time well.
* A proactive and helpful attitude.
