Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the development of proposals, bids and sales documents describing our products and services in response to client requests.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Oversee the bid process and governance
* Manage the bid qualification (bid/no-bid) process for new opportunities
* Develop high-quality, professional bid responses within required timescales for all our products and solutions
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure content is complete, accurate and timely
* Prepare and review commercial aspects of the bid
* Contribute to written proposal both in terms of content and presentation
* Maintain a bid library and team site of standard responses, policies and images
* Work with bid automation software to promote content reuse and continual improvement

Requirements:
">
* Minimum 3 years of experience in bid management from opportunity identification through to project delivery
* Strong people management and influencing skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
