We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proven background in hospitality or café management.
Role Overview The Retail Manager will take full responsibility for daily store operations, staff performance, customer service, and financial outcomes.
This position requires someone confident in running a busy café environment while maintaining The Coffee Club's high brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day café operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Lead, train, supervise, and roster staff to optimise performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated enquiries professionally.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
Oversee cash handling, POS reconciliation, and banking procedures.
Monitor sales performance, cost control, and implement improvement strategies.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and workplace health and safety compliance.
Maintain café cleanliness, presentation, and branding guidelines.
Support staffing activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Assist with promotional activities, menu updates, and local marketing initiatives.
