Location: Buderim QLD | Employment Type: Casual Positions | Remuneration: $40.81 - $45.26 per hour (includes 25% casual loading, Super, Salary Packaging, Access to staff discounts & benefits).

Responsibilities
* Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Promote independence and well‐being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
* Work as part of a team, collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
* Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
* Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or & Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in a similar role in aged care.
