In this role some of your duties will include supporting a Body Corporate Manager with the following:
- Drafting and distributing minutes of meetings and complete action items from those meetings
- Assisting the Body Corporate Manager with compiling information for meeting packs and reports to conduct meetings
- Gain a working knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management legislation so that you can assist clients with the correct Body Corporate advice
- Support a Strata Manager
- Drafting and distributing meeting notices for AGM's, Committee meetings and Voting outside of committee meetings
- General Strata Administrative duties
- Understanding of Strata legislation
- Possess Excellent Communication Skills
- Have Real Estate/Body Corporate experience or similar highly transferable skill set from another administration role
- Have Strong Attention to Detail with the Ability to Multi-Task
- Have a High Level of Computer Skills
- Energy, integrity & drive to succeed
- Strong administration experience is a must
