Lead National Sales Director - Emerging and E-commerce Channels
Sell our household brands across key national accounts, particularly with Aldi and in alternate channels.
We are looking for a senior sales professional to drive business growth and lead our sales efforts nationally.
This is a leadership role requiring a dynamic individual with extensive experience in national account management and deep understanding of alternate channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet business goals.
2. Lead the sales team to achieve targets, manage category review processes and build strong relationships with key customers.
3. Negotiate profitable agreements and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and conduct market research to identify new customers and market opportunities.
5. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product development teams.
Required Skills:
* 5-7 years of national account management experience in grocery, with existing relationships with Aldi and knowledge of alternative channels.
* Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
* Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking and communication skills.
* Business acumen with focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
