Manage legal risk and provide commercial advice across procurement, licensing, partnerships, and operational matters Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, clearly communicating risks and well-reasoned positions Conduct legal research, policy development, and governance, support company secretarial activities, and maintain key records Drive operational projects, support litigation and investigations, and maintain robust systems for contracts and intellectual property Collaborate closely with functional leaders and site teams, and brief external counsel when required Communicate complex legal issues clearly and constructively to non-lawyers More about you Must hold an LLB or JD and be admitted in an Australian jurisdiction with a current practising certificate Minimum 3 - 4 years' PQE (private practice and/or in-house) with strength in commercial contracting, corporate advisory, compliance, and regulatory matters Experience and knowledge in privacy and data protection Possess sharp drafting and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, clear communication abilities, and demonstrate ownership and reliability Exposure to gaming law, HR/employment, and liquor licensing is highly regarded Options Apply to this jobApply Share Email this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
