Membership Sales & Retention Executive
This role is responsible for the delivery of consumer sales and retention programs, execution of annual sales campaigns, day-to-day membership operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to all members, fans, and ticket purchasers.
The Membership Sales & Retention Executive will work closely with the consumer team to reach membership and ticketing sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and fans
* Make proactive servicing calls to prospective and existing members
* Develop and execute strategies to ensure membership retention aligns with club targets
* Oversee the club's nurture program for 1st and 2nd-year members
* Design and execute structured follow-up on non-renewals
* Proactively address potential issues affecting member retention and implement intervention programs as needed
Additional Duties:
* Assist with daily operations of the consumer team in collaboration with the manager and team members
* Record all member and fan information, feedback, and follow-ups in a customer database, maintaining data integrity

* Proven skills in sales, relationship building, and stakeholder management
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* High-level written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service to staff, clients, members, fans, and guests
* Experience with databases and maintaining customer records
* Resourcefulness and ownership of responsibilities
* Flexibility and adaptability to work within a 24/7 environment
* Team-oriented mindset contributing to club goals; knowledge of professional sports is desirable
