We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to support our Packhouse operations on the afternoon shift. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on packhouse equipment
* Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical repairs efficiently
* Support installation and commissioning of machinery and upgrades
* Ensure all work meets WHS, food safety, and compliance standards
* Minimise downtime and support continuous production flow
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
About You
* Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)
* Experience in manufacturing, food production, or packhouse environments (preferred)
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
