About the Role
Team Members at Woolworths are the face of the store and provide friendly service. They support customers through the entire shopping experience, manage stock, display fresh produce, process online orders, and greet customers until they exit the store.
What You'll Do
* Greet customers and thank them for shopping at Woolworths.
* Follow policies and procedures to maintain safety for staff, customers, and the store.
* Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to products.
* Keep shelves stocked, organised and tidy to facilitate a smooth shopping journey.
* Prepare and deliver online orders for customers.
