Senior Mental Health Nurse Opportunity
The role involves providing clinical expertise and acting as a resource for nursing, medical, and allied health staff in the management of consumers with complex mental health needs.

As a senior clinician, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical policy, care guidelines, quality improvement, and research activities to improve consumer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing case management to designated consumers with complex needs
* Collaborating with GPs, other service providers, and significant others in provision of care
* Developing and implementing clinical policies and care guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in clinical nursing practice in various settings
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and awards
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:
* A specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification or completed an accredited hospital-based program that led to registration as a psychiatric nurse.
