We are seeking a Financial Operations Officer to join a dynamic team in Canberra for an initial six-month contract, with the potential for extension.
About the Role:****This position plays a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple areas, including:
* *Credit Cards*
* Processing card applications and cancellations
* Creating and deleting travel profiles
* General credit card administration
* *Accounts Receivable*
* Creation of invoices
* Daily transaction receipting
* *Accounts Payable*
* Preparing pay run proposals
* Processing invoices
* Managing returned remittances and follow-up statements
**What We're Looking For:**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
* Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* High attention to detail
* Experience with SAP and CTM portals (highly desirable)
**Additional Information**
* Immediate start preferred
* Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role
* Active security clearance is highly desirable
* Office located on Northbourne Avenue, Canberra
