About the role: Act as the SME and technical lead for UKG Dimensions, ensuring configuration aligns with best practice and project objectives Support a 12-month workforce management project, assessing options and providing guidance on system viability Work across both front end and back end system configuration to optimise labour planning and ratios Partner closely with Product Owner, Workforce Management, and Systems Administration teams to deliver operational excellence Provide leadership, challenge the status quo when needed, and communicate effectively across senior stakeholders About you: Strong hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions (essential, UKG Ready not suitable) Demonstrated capability in system configuration, optimisation, and governance Experience operating as a technical lead or SME in complex environments Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Able to work autonomously while collaborating with product and system owners Next steps: If you are a structured and confident UKG Dimensions professional eager to embed your expertise in a high-performing project team – we would like to hear from you.
