We are seeking a proactive professional to lead the development and implementation of safe and supportive environments.
* Develop and implement risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
* Manage the end-to-end incident and injury management process, including workers' compensation claims.
* Provide expert advice, training, and support to leaders and staff on work health and safety.
* Drive engagement in safety initiatives and promote shared accountability among team members.
* Analyse safety performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in work health and safety or equivalent experience.
* Return to work coordinator accreditation is essential.
* Strong understanding of work health and safety legislation and workers' compensation schemes in Victoria and Queensland.
* Experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services is highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and influence others.
