Job Title: Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities
A proactive and reliable Schools Officer, Grounds and Facilities is required to assist in the daily operations of our school. This hands-on role involves a variety of tasks, pride in work, and contributing to a friendly, community-focused school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering and collecting mail, parcels, and documents
* Recording and delivering messages
* Printing and photocopying
* Maintaining various registers
* Stocktaking and recording/engraving of school equipment/furniture and assets
* Supporting security duties, including using and maintaining the school security systems
* Assisting with clearing drains and gutters, collecting waste, and undertaking immediate action cleaning duties
* Coordinating the removal and disposal of rubbish
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
