Geotechnical Driller Role
We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Driller to lead our drilling crew in conducting geotechnical investigations using various techniques such as solid and hollow flight augering, rotary mud and air drilling, sonic drilling, wireline and conventional diamond coring.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct complex site investigations requiring geological data collection through diverse drilling methods.
* Maintain and repair equipment, complete reports and documentation, ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
* Operate drill machinery safely, applying knowledge of local legislation and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Driller with proven skills in relevant drilling techniques.
* Able to work away from base when required, adapting to new environments.
* Current HR truck license or equivalent qualification.
* Cert III in Drilling or recognized industry certification (desirable).
* N NSW Class 1 or greater water well license (desirable).
* First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential).
* NSW White Card for workplace safety.
* RISI certification (desired but not mandatory).
