BOLDBRIDGE GROUP is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard.
Ensuring all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Assisting in the planning of menus and specials.
Monitoring stock, ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Supervising and guiding kitchen staff as required.
Ensuring consistency in food quality and portion control.
Following workplace health and safety procedures.
About you:
Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
