About The RoleAs an Executive Assistant, you will support the General Manager in SAWA and another Executive. This role requires high organisation, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and strong stakeholder relationship skills. Responsibilities include diary management, document preparation, business support activities, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, and event organization.
Location & TypeLevel 5, 240 St Georges Tce, Perth WA6 Month Fixed Term, Full-time (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive diaries and coordinate meetings efficiently.
Prepare and send documents for meetings like Exco/Board.
Support business activities, including invoicing and procurement.
Arrange travel and accommodation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Reconcile expenses and update property systems.
Build networks with peers and establish relationships with senior executives.
Organize team events and off-site meetings, adhering to policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in administrative roles within fast-paced settings.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Discretion and confidentiality awareness.
Experience supporting senior leadership and managing events.
