We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in face-to-face retail sales, excellent administrative skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.
**Your new role**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, combining customer-facing responsibilities with administrative and problem-solving tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a face-to-face environment.
- Utilise your strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry to educate and assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services.
- Utilise various systems and software to process customer orders, track inventory, and manage customer accounts.
- Assess customer needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Display strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical or operational challenges related to telecommunications products and services.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have worked in a telecommunication face-to-face retail-based environment for example, Telstra or Optus experience is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with various systems and software used in retail, such as FLEX CAB, Siebel System, Telstra partner central
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and address their needs effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
