Technical Pre-Sales Leadership Role
This leadership position is focused on driving the strategy and execution of technical pre-sales across global operations.
* Develop and implement global technical pre-sales processes and methodologies.
* Lead and mentor a regional team of technical pre-sales professionals to drive sales growth.
* Support go-to-market efforts through technical validation, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks for pre-sales excellence.
* Manage systems and tools to support reporting, knowledge sharing, and performance tracking.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strategic mindset paired with deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and passion for leading technical teams.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or related field.
* Proven leadership in scaling and optimizing pre-sales functions across regions or business units.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all levels of the business.
* Experience in mining technology, engineering software, or geoscience solutions is highly desirable.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geoscience, or related field.
