A well-established Australian luxury property brand is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join its in-house marketing team. This is an opportunity to step into a structured brand environment and gain exposure to multi-channel campaign execution within a fast-moving industry. This role sits within a collaborative marketing team and reports into the Marketing Manager. You will play a key role in executing promotional campaigns, coordinating internal teams and ensuring brand messaging is delivered consistently across multiple channels. The position suits someone with a few years of marketing experience who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and managing the moving parts required to deliver them successfully.
About the role
You will be responsible for coordinating the rollout of promotional marketing campaigns across a range of channels. Working closely with internal design, communications and sales teams, you will manage briefs, timelines and the distribution of campaign assets. Typical responsibilities include coordinating campaign collateral across digital, EDM, social and print channels, briefing internal creative teams, ensuring assets are delivered to the right stakeholders on time and maintaining brand consistency throughout campaign delivery. The role involves managing multiple campaigns concurrently, making strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential.
About you
You will likely have around two to three years' experience in a marketing role and be ready to step into a position with greater ownership of campaign delivery. You may currently be working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or Junior Campaign Coordinator and looking to build your experience within an established brand team. Experience in retail or lifestyle brands will be well regarded. To succeed in this role you will be organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver work on time.

The role is based in Docklands Melbourne with five days in the office initially, moving to four days in the office (WFH Fridays) after the onboarding period. A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to occasional visits to display homes, launches and campaign-related activity.
